EDUCATION OVERVIEW Thank you for joining us in our Investor Education section.
We did not start our news service with the intent of creating 30+ articles on fundamental real estate investing principles.
What we intended to do was create a news service for real estate investors giving our own fundamental insight into real estate.
Because of our backgrounds, we teach Real Estate a little bit differently than taught elsewhere and we act on it as our workaday job. We found it difficult to communicate "real news" to investors if we were writing about one concept and the reader was thinking about a different one. So we have used this section to formalize our own thinking for our readers' reference at their own discretion.
Our thoughts on both Basic and Advanced Investing may not be what a reader wants to find. But it is what we consider to be the highest return, lowest risk way to a career earning money in real estate.
Our Advanced Overview gives our market approach. You may want to skip there next, or try our Basic overview for some of the simple concepts that will be repeated - again and again.
Other than that, we are not gurus. Please, take the time to send a letter to one of our analysts if you disagree with something we have written.
